USPD
Officers cannot generally be taken hostage. However, exceptions apply under the following conditions:
If an officer fails to demonstrate appropriate Fear RP when confronted by more than 8 offenders or gang members, they may be deemed willing (OOC) to be taken hostage
There must be at least 07 active USPD officers on duty for this situation to be permissible.
Ransom demands can include a monetary value of 20 lakh or items equivalent to 20 lakh in value. (Prohibited Demands: PD-specific items cannot be requested as part of the ransom.)
Don't force PD for OOC talks .
Police should not be burned for any scenarios. (PD Officers don't have any kind of revenge rp)
Don't talk to police about the Police Rules or Don't police the police.
Citizens or Gang Member can't bro toxic against pd officers in any kind of situation . you should respect each officers
Show some respect to PD, They are also players just like you. Saying things like, "Go call another higher grade officer".
PD have their own RP. Stop pushing them to process you faster. They can and will take their own time in processing you.
If you are doing stunts in front of the police, ( stunts involve wheel spin , unwantedly using horns for long and multiple times, wheeling in bikes, and so) they police have the right to remove your license.
Police have a procedure to put spike and blocks before he come to you for negotiation. After proper negotiation spikes will be removed you will be allowed to escape.
If you wear a mask or helmet for hiding your identity police have the right to investigate and search you plan your RP accordingly.
Engaging in aggressive actions towards law enforcement personnel within designated safe zones is considered a violation of the FRP (Fail Roleplay) rule.
If it is not a robbery scenario, you cant shoot (KILL) a PD OFFICER without a high level RP.
You cannot end a scenario/ pursuit by jumping off in water. In case you have fallen accidentally, you have to come out as soon as possible.
You can only take an officer or citizen as hostage if there is an active count of officers 6 or above else considered as FRP( its only applicable for Police Situation )
You must have a high quality RP behind the situation for pd hostaging (you can’t take officer as a hostage by continuing situations that directly or indirectly refers to his job) however you Can workout fear RP advantage on the situations like mentioned above else considered as FRP
You cant demand your loots from the pd locker by using any hostage.
You can’t ask random money above 20laks white money else considered as FRP
If a police is in a robbery situation or other RP situation other civilians are not allowed to interfere or start a RP with that particular police.
As pd officers are well trained they will not be fear for one person so, t/ th or cuffing in one on one situation is prohibited else considered as FRP
The police have the authority to conduct searches on individuals and their vehicles if they have reasonable suspicion. It is the responsibility of the individual to provide evidence of their innocence if questioned.
Regardless of the location (including safe zones, gang houses, and city limits), the police have the right to arrest a player if there is a government-issued arrest warrant against them.
If a player is not directly involved in an ongoing robbery or shooting, they are not supposed to intervene or participate in the situation. Doing so would be considered a violation of the FRP rule.
If an individual is found carrying an illegal weapon in public, the police have the power to restrain them with handcuffs and confiscate the weapon
All on-duty officers, meaning those available and actively participating in the situation, are permitted to engage in unexpected or 144 (emergency) situations.
Taking a hostage for any kind of demands against the police department, such as for monetary gain (Ask Money without any reason), is considered a violation of the FRP rule.
Once a player is dead, they are not allowed to rejoin the situation involving the police through illegal revival methods
Players are prohibited from initiating or engaging in a scenario in which a 144 (emergency) has been issued by the police.
Players are not permitted to declare open war against the police department.
The USPD member limit for a gang is three. Only three players from a gang can join the USPD. If a USPD member wants to join a gang that has already reached the USPD member limit, they must leave the USPD first.
USAGE OF FP
FP should only be used to communicate during robberies.
The communication should address the number of robbers and their gun types. For example: "Shop robbery at 7015, 2 robbers with pistols."
No other communication should be done through FP chat. Using FP in any other way is a violation of this section's rules.
For PD, gun levels are available for each FP. If it's mentioned AR, PD can use all weapons up to AR. NO FP means PD can use any gun.
UMRT
In a GTA roleplay server, the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) play a crucial role in providing medical assistance to players who are injured or in need of medical attention. Here are some general rules that may apply to EMS members in a GTA RP server:
Roleplay as a professional: As an EMS member, you should roleplay as a trained medical professional and prioritize the well-being of others. Act in a professional manner, use appropriate medical terminology, and follow standard procedures.
Respond to emergency calls: When a distress call or emergency request is made, respond promptly and proceed to the location to provide medical assistance. Follow traffic rules and drive safely while using emergency lights and sirens.
Treat injuries and provide medical care: Assess the condition of injured players and administer appropriate medical aid. This may include performing CPR, applying bandages, giving medication, or stabilizing patients for transportation to the hospital.
Prioritize roleplay over personal gains: Your primary focus should be on providing quality roleplay and assisting players in need. Avoid engaging in activities that may compromise the integrity of the roleplay, such as exploiting medical supplies for personal gain.
Coordinate with other emergency services: Work collaboratively with other emergency service providers, such as the police or fire department, to ensure efficient and effective responses to emergencies. Communicate and coordinate with them during joint operations or incidents.
Respect player consent: Always obtain consent from players before providing medical treatment or involving them in medical roleplay scenarios. Respect their choices and boundaries to maintain a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Maintain professional conduct: Treat all players with respect and professionalism, regardless of their in-game status or role. Avoid engaging in discriminatory or offensive behavior, and resolve conflicts or disputes in a calm and respectful manner.
You are not allowed to revive a burned body
Make sure that you are safe while entering a situation and co-ordinate with USPD if u found any criminal activity in front of you
You are not allowed to sell any type of medical equipment to civilian Under any situations
Never revive in mid of an active roleplay situation
Connect to your respective radio and stay co ordinated with your team
UMRT SPECIAL RULE
The UMRT is authorized to enter any gang house without prior permission if a formal dispatch call is issued.

Aiming a gun or taking an on-duty UMRT officer hostage is not allowed.
