Rules you've to follow in order to play on the server
In Community
we strive to be inclusive and consider players of all ages, including underage participants. However, it is essential to adhere to the legal age requirement of 18 years old for active participation. Safety and compliance with legal regulations are our top priorities
No Personal Information
Never give any kind of personal information to anyone. Revealing any form of personal information about someone online without their permission (Doxxing) is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban (from all Unity Verse systems). All community members are expected to always respect the privacy of other members. Any IRL actions or threats towards anyone in the community is not tolerated and will result in an immediate ban and the incident(s) will be reported to the proper authorities.
No NSFW Content
This server does not support "NSFW", there are no channels here to post NSFW content and NSFW content is strictly prohibited and will result in a non-appealable ban. This includes using language in RP or out of RP relating to any sexual matter or content. It is not allowed.
Account Responsibility
If someone else is playing on your account, you are responsible for anything and everything they do. If they break a rule, you've broken a rule.
AFK Rule
You should not go AFK for for a long period in game, If you do, you may be kicked. If you MUST go AFK, try to go somewhere out if sight and away from people. Even though there is no rule for Robbing someone who is AFK, if you loose your items it is on you, as you need to be responsible to protect your character at all times.
Exploiting/Cheating
Using mechanics/bugs of the game to help you in character is strictly prohibited and you can be banned permanently for doing so and not reporting the bug and/or utilizing the bug. When you find a bug, you immediately report it, and do not talk about it with others, friends, etc.
Trading Premium
You are not allowed to transfer the paid item for money or some other source of money. if any of them is report you may lead to banned .
No Complaining/Arguing in Public Channel
All members are expected to take all disputes to either the ticket system or private messages. Arguing in Discord voice and text channels, in game or in FRP Voice Channel is not allowed. Complaining in general, and not following the suggestion system or not contact staff about an issue, is not allowed. Under this is also complaining about pings. Unless pings are spamming in nature, don’t complain about them.
No Arguing with Staff
If a Staff Member gives you an instruction or asks you to leave a scene do not argue with Staff. If you have a problem you can raise the issue through the proper channels such as ticket in Discord. Arguing in game or in Discord is not going to help anyone.
No Injecting or interrupting in staff scenes
If there is a staff situation do not interfere. If you are told by a staff member to leave the scene, you should leave. If you do not leave you may be warned, kicked, or banned depending on Staff decision.
No Advertising
Links or invites to other servers including links in steam names, discord names, discord status discord avatars or icons with other server names are not allowed. You will be asked to remove them. You may place links to our community in your discord status, but not other servers while you are a member of our community. If you are asked to remove them and do not, you will be banned from the discord community.
No Backdoor recruiting
Sending links to our members and requesting them to join other FiveM servers is prohibited and will result in permanent ban, and the offending community will be put on the community blacklist. We believe the best way to get members is to earn them, not steal them.
Do not be toxic
To players in game, discord or in DM's.
No Recording
No one is allowed to use recordings of discord communication with staff, or any other community communication platform, except for proof if involved in an situation. All Players agree that all recordings made of the server are only allowed for good situation in ‘in-game’. Other uses of such recordings is prohibited
Other Servers
We would prefer you play exclusively on our server. Do not use steam names from other servers including call signs or references to other servers, change your name to reflect our in game requirements. If you are asked to change your name, and you persistently do not, you will be kicked then banned. Discussing other servers you may play on or want to play on is not allowed in Discord or in game at any time
In Game Assistance
Shadows will not respond to help notification which doesn't have a reason (format : /help reason )
Help command should be used with a proper message. Shadows will not respond to help notifications which doesn’t have a reason in it. (format : /help reason )
Situation time
Its not allowed to trigger any new situation in the city during grinding time : 1am to 6am
Discord Voice Channel Usage :
We Seen That many of them are using Discord voice chat while in roleplay . So if we hear or if seen some one is using any out source communication while Roleplay We will take instant action.
Exception For Turf , Tussle and Gang Members can use the Unity Verse Gang Voice Channel for communication..
If anyone raise the ticket with Pov or screenshot the ticket will also considered
(Ban length upto 3 to 5 . Its all depands to f-teams )
Fair Play Enforcement Protocol (FPE)
Any player found to be hacking or cheating on other GTA role-play servers will face an immediate and permanent ban from our server. We take the integrity of our gaming community seriously and will not tolerate behavior that undermines fair play and the enjoyment of others. We encourage all players to report suspicious activity and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone."
Additionally, ensure that your server has clear guidelines and reporting mechanisms in place so that players can easily report suspected hackers. Consistently enforcing these rules will help maintain the integrity of your gaming community and ensure a positive experience for all players.
NB: The FPE is only come to action if the player has been caught red handed with conclusive evidence and proof
Community Rules Violation Actions
Any kind of community rule violation isnt accepted by Unity Verse Team, Since Adhering to Basic Humanitarian Rules are considered as important.
Any kind of Hacks / Modification based gameplay will be exposed and permanently banned from UV Servers
Any Vulgur Female Disrespect or Character Assasination will have an initial ban period of 20 days and if found repeating will be banned and blacklisted permanently. We value every woman, child and relations in UV. (This can be issued based on any issues outside the scope and area of UV Server via Live Streaming Platforms, Discord Server, with connection to Unity Verse or continuation from the roleplay scenario done in Unity Verse)
NB : - But The F-Team Head in discussion with the Management Team of UV Could issue a Permanent Ban for the above case if the severity is high, and no apologies could be taken into consideration after viewing all possible Point of View's.
Since UV Is a Multi Lingustic Player Server (Mallu & Tamil) Any Words / Verbal Abuse Done Between Two Communities regarding culture, color, race will be considered as non acceptable (which including using specific words to refer them or making fun based on their community). These incidents will have an initial ban period of 10 days and if found repeating will be banned for a period of 15 days with 10 days extra cooldown and repeated multiple times would result in Blacklisting from all UV servers.
Communitorial Riots, Protest from Outside Incidents, Hatred towards country, will not be accepted and ban periods will be based on severity and integrity of the F-Team Members
